Tamara Burenko, Executive Director of the Center for Energy Security of Ukraine, participated in the high-level conference "Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Ukraine: Strengthening Community Capacity for Energy Security" (R2U).
The "Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Ukraine" (R2U) project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate (BMWK) and implemented by GIZ, aims to develop independent renewable energy systems for critical public infrastructure.
Representatives of non-governmental organizations, municipalities, and experts in the field of energy and renewable energy were invited to participate.
During the conference, Tamara Burenko moderated a discussion on mentoring and community capacity building in the field of renewable energy.
